Position-Momentum EPR Steering: Making Continuous-Variable Quantum Entanglement Easier to see with Discrete Measurements

Here, I am going to discuss the relatively new concept known as
EPR-steering, a variety of supra-classical behavior intermediate between
simple entanglement and Bell nonlocality. Though much of EPR-steering
could be interpreted as the remote manipulation of a quantum state due to
operations on an entangled partner, EPR steering is a bit more stringent
in that these remote manipulations are not to be explained locally
(constituting a demonstration of the EPR paradox). In particular, I will
describe the foundations, historical progress, and applications of
EPR-steering, as well as my own research into making these correlations
easier to demonstrate for position and momentum.
