Interferometry at 5/2 Filling Factor and Non-Abelian Quasiparticles

Correlated two-dimensional electron systems display varied conduction phenomena based upon the multiple statistics at play within the
different condensed states. We will review experimental studies of these states with emphasis on recent interferometry findings indicating
non-Abelian statistics in the excitations of the unique fractional quantum Hall condensate at 5/2 filling factor.
